These FrontPage Web Templates are considered Computer SOFTWARE. Due to the nature of what we are selling we will only exchange the original software incase of defective non-working for the same title.

In short, no currency will be refunded.

 The FrontPage web templates are tested and assembled so they work before they are  made available for purchase. I have even provided you with a complete working preview of the FrontPage web template before purchase.

 In the event I made a packaging mistake, I will fix this mistake and return the corrected product to you.

New designers please make sure you understand the CORRECT steps in using a FrontPage web template before purchase. When working with  web templates, it can get frustrating if you do not know how to work in tables.

•  If I make a mistake in a web template in packaging, I will correct the situation and email you a replacement copy within 72 hours after the first initial contact. This gives me time to correct any package or design problems, then repackage it and send back to you.

  While I do not have the means to coach users in the finer points in HTML design or FrontPage, I will offer some guidance as to learning "some" simple techniques in working with HTML on your phone call. If you still have problems understanding and working with a web template I will work with you on an in-depth basis for an hourly consultant fee of $30.00 per hour paid in advance.
